Gran Palas Hotel - Spa incluido

Great experience at Grand Palas. Rooms are wide and comfortable, I asked for a double bed and they immediately accommodated. Hotel gives you access to spa facilities which are quite pleasant, featuring a variety of options to bathe and relax in. Staff was always very helpful and welcoming, check-in, parking and overall experience with staff went quite smoothly. Even with a busy hotel, rooms are quiet and you get a deep sense of rest and relaxation, which is not the case for most hotels in the area, especially such a loud/crowded one like La Pineda/Salou. You really find yourself in a quiet little paradise and disconnected from a the loud and vibrant surroundings

We had an amazing experience. We purchased the cheapest room but they upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. We had unlimited access to the spa (regardless of the room) which was incredible and Adults Only after 18:30h. We ended up having dinner at the hotel: it was high quality buffet food. Great hotel in great location a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The Bedroom was huge, modern and very comfortable, couldn't fault it. The bar and restaurant were good and the included breakfast was very good. Great choice. We booked and paid for secure parking and had a great spot on the foyer with a bollard which was good. Lovely walk along the sea front.

Staff excellent friendly always smiling and welcoming and helpful , loved the spa experience very clean and relaxing

Breakfast was very good but foods that should be hot tended to be a little on the cool side. Juice and coffee first class. Nice range of fruit. Cereals were fine
